Property Damage Pros provides the following property damage appraisal and claims assistance services:

• Diminished value appraisals for vehicles involved in accidents
• Total loss claim appraisals and insurance negotiations
• Car rental recovery assistance
• Insurance claim negotiation and support
• Free online vehicle valuation estimates (powered by Black Book data)

Fees and Payment

• Appraisal Fee: Our certified appraisals (diminished value and total loss) are $350 flat fee. No hidden costs, no hourly rates, no percentage of your settlement.
• Payment: The appraisal fee is due when we begin work on your case. We accept major credit cards.
• Free Valuation Tool: The online vehicle valuation tool on our website is provided free of charge as an estimate only and does not constitute a certified appraisal.

Not a Law Firm

Property Damage Pros is a certified property damage appraisal firm — we are NOT attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our services include preparing certified appraisals and negotiating directly with insurance companies on your behalf. No attorney-client relationship is created by using our services. If your claim requires legal action, we can refer you to a trusted attorney in our network.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we have a strong track record of recovering additional funds for our clients (averaging $6,500 above initial insurance offers for total loss claims), past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Every claim is unique, and the final settlement amount depends on factors including vehicle condition, market data, insurance company policies, and applicable law.

Valuation Tool Disclaimer

The free vehicle valuation tool on our website provides estimates based on Black Book data. These estimates are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a certified appraisal. Actual vehicle values may vary based on condition, mileage, local market conditions, and other factors. For a certified appraisal suitable for an insurance claim, please engage our professional appraisal services.
